It’s understandable to feel stuck and lose motivation when your life is turned upside down and your relationships are derailing or losing their spark. These impasses can lead to anxiety and disempowerment, and can get in the way of your creativity and relationship happiness. It can even get to the point of being on the brink of losing important relationships because you no longer feel valuable or capable. And sometimes even feeling like you no longer have the passion or inspiration for what you used to love doing.

  • “I must be the only one who feels this weird.”

  • “I’m afraid I’ll never get better”

  • “What if I end up alone?”

  • “I’m just a fraud, and everyone can tell.”

  • “What if I don’t have the strength to get through this?”

Maybe your fear of confrontation makes you not speak up at work or in your career. Or you might avoid speaking your truth or setting boundaries with your family or friends. Maybe you even lash out at others out of frustration. And all of this results in feeling more and more like you are not in control of your own life, your own destiny. You feel the world caving in on you, and the richness of life slipping through your fingers. You’re wondering how you got here, and not even sure who you are anymore.

I help by first assisting you to clear the emotions that you may be feeling, then we identify old patterns of thinking and behaving that may be holding you back. I help you get to the root of the problem by exploring your relationship with yourself and others. We look at how to use your gifts to build your energy and empower your relationships, without feeling wrong for being you! I help you find that passion and creativity that you feel you’ve lost. The goal is to help you get unstuck in any area of your life, so you can have more clarity and direction as you navigate times of transformation.

I am a Relationship Specialist, and work with individuals on their relationships with Self and Others. Whether you want to improve communication with your family, learn how to date more effectively, or grieve and rebuild after a break-up, I can help. Maybe you need to focus on building your internal resources and finding your personal center right now. We can work on self-esteem, confidence, attachment issues, reducing stress/anxiety and obsessive thinking. We can work on processing past trauma, overcoming fears, self-sabotaging behaviors, changing co-dependent cycles, abandonment/engulfment issues, meaning or life/spiritual growth, and much more!

I also specialize in working with the Highly Sensitive Individual (HSP), in the context of finding the gift within the challenge you may feel yourself up against. Together, we work to navigate the process of ‘alchemy’ (or change) in your life, while honoring your authentic self. YES, I have a lot of experience working with sexual diversity, addictions and cultural challenges. I am LGBTQIA allied, and welcome all LGBTQIA+ and culturally/racially diverse clients.

There are many ways that might help you shift or have a breakthrough, and not one way fits everyone. So, I tailor my approach to your needs and what resonates best with you, from looking at the relationship between your thoughts, feelings and choices, to exploring your deeper self to uncover the gold underneath the dross of your life.

I use any combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) / Self-Relations, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Hypnotherapy / Guided Imagery, Depth Psychology, among other therapeutic approaches. I am a Trauma-informed provider, and I take a Holistic approach that is both artful, as well as evidence-based.
